Chiropractic Adjustments Reduce Pain

An interesting study showed the amazing pain relief effects of a single chiropractic adjustment; also known as chiropractic spinal manipulation. Researchers applied a topical cream including capsaicin (a skin irritant causing inflammation and pain) on the forearm of 20 healthy individuals. After 20 minutes, some of the individuals received chiropractic adjustments. Researchers reported those receiving the chiropractic adjustments experienced significantly less pain.
